Scarecrow contest!

I'm participating in a scarecrow contest. I thought I would share what he looks like. I named him Pete, but I forgot to put his name on him.
Isn't he cool? Mum and I decided that he was the best one out there.

Something I Like To Do With Cookies.

Mum made "cranberry with a orange zest" cookies. I was hungry, so I tried something new. I put ham between two cookies!! It was actually good. =) I once put ham between two slices of banana bread. That was good too.

Doesn't that look delicious? Yummy!

Well,I have to do Saturday things (Dishes is one of them, obviously =P) so I best get going. bye!

Cool bible passage

I thought that this was really cool. It rhymes, well, it doesn't really rhyme but it has rhythm. Try reading it out loud and notice how it has rhythm.

Psalm 19:7-11

7 The law of the LORD is perfect, restoring the soul;

The testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.

8 The precepts of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart;

The commandment of the LORD is pure enlightening the eyes.

9 The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring forever;

The judgment of the LORD are true; they are righteous altogether.

10 They are more desirable than gold, yes, than much fine gold;

Sweeter also than the honey and the drippings from the honeycomb.

11 Moreover, by them your servant is warned;

In keeping them there is great reward.

I think this is my new favorite bible passage. I like the ones where they have rhythm because then it's a little easier to memorize.

The teapot in the sky

Can you see the teapot? Mum, Dad and I call it "The teapot". It's real name is Sagittarius. But we can only see the teapot part because our tree line is so high.

If you couldn't see the teapot then here it is with lines.

Can you see it now?

Cool looking truck!

OK, this is cool...a 1940's

A New School Year

I will be starting my 7th year of school September 8th...I cannot wait! There's so much to do and learn!

When I'm eighteen I want to work at the health food store so this year I'm going to study Botany. The book is set at the fourth grade level but it's really detailed so I'll learn alot. Then the rest of my school books were downloaded from The Puritans' Homeschool Curriculum.

This is my very messy desk...I need to clean it.

This is my new locker,before, it was a cart full of drawers.
I love my new locker!

I am very excited about my new school year!

Beautiful Sunset

I was wandering around the yard, and I saw the sunset. As I was running to the house I said, " I got to get a pic of that." So I took many pictures, but thought that this one was the best.
Isn't it beautiful? If the telephone poles/lines and the hurricane fence wasn't there then it would probably look like a painting.
